Open your head for animals

The work carries the title „Open your heart for animals“.

The performance was held on Sunday the 06.07.2003 in front of the main building of the Bauhaus- University in Weimar.

The context has been the 10th anniversary of the faculty of art and design. This work concerns the lack of critique, during the education at the University, as a social phenomenon, which we experienced during our study at in Weimar.

The work consists of a stroking zoo, the attendants of the animals, a speaker, a mikrophon, a receipt table, the visitors and the artists. The perfomance started at13 o'clock with arrival of the stroking zoo. As part of the installation, a spreech was held by Peter T. Leanhard from Institut for Representation Theory and Cultural Analysis (Munich).
