Subway

Subway was constructed out of the drawings and the answers of the achive of fear. The pictures are printed on invisible over head projector paper. The papers are standing on small columns. Through the columns beneath the papers is driving a small train with a lamp on its head. The lamp projects the shadow of the drawing on the wall.

When the train is moving the shadows move along the walls. As the train appoaches towards one drawing, the shadow grows bigger and bigger, and as it turns the shadow suddenly disappears.

The pictures show two versions of the installation. The first one was exhibited in the nagoya zokei university in japan and the second one was shown in at the Bauhaus university in weimar at the exhibition: Green Space_Licht/Schatten
