Inforadio
Inforadio picks up the form of german traffic information. In german radio it is common that the annocer informs the listeners where in the city the police is controlling the speed limit. This is kind of a suversive concept, which in not leagle but accepted by the government. Inforadio uses this form of infromation, to inform another group of people, foreingers whose particulars are controled very often and on several places in the big citys of germany. These controls are made to avoid crime and illigal immigrants in germany. Basicly they happen random and mostly people who look like foreigners are checked. Inforadio is annoncing the streets where these controls are taking place, so that the peolpe get the chance to protect themselves.
The jingle is transmitted via a small radiotramsmitter in the whole gallery. The program can be heard on a big orange radio and it is possible for the visitors to lend small portable radios at the information desk, to listen to the program while walking through the exhibition.
